Empowering you to live a bold, brilliant, and deeply fulfilling life.
The truth is that you are a powerful, beautiful human who deserves to live and love in peace. But sometimes it's hard to know that. The negative baggage that we have collected along our journey prevents us from seeing, feeling, and living from the true brilliance of our souls.
Learn to reclaim the authentic confidence, peace of mind, and brilliance that has always been yours. You deserve it. You are worthy. You are loveable. You are enough.
We are happy you are here!
Hello and welcome! My name is Amy Ash and I am the founder of SoulStarter as well as a proud member of the LGBTQIA community. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
Since 2003, I have been practicing mind-body-energy methods for self-healing including hypnotherapy, EFT Tapping, guided meditation, and using positive affirmations. What I have found through working with myself, my family and my clients are that these "alternative" techniques actually work very effectively to help people heal.
I am on a mission to bring these techniques to the LGBTQIA community so that we may heal our collective and individual wounds, strengthen our hearts and minds and live proud, authentic, and passionate lives.
As members of the LGBTQIA community, we are faced with challenges relating to our sexual and gender identities in addition to the many issues that we deal with in our lives as human beings. At SoulStarter, we provide a safe and affirming place for you to discover and become the best version of yourself in all aspects.
We are here to support you with specific LGBTQIA related-issues such as coming out with your truth, increasing self-confidence and self-love, or healing your emotions around being rejected by loved ones. We are also here to support you with other life challenges such as self-esteem, self-confidence, anxiety, stress, body confidence, weight loss support, fears, phobias, and anything that may be blocking you from being your best.
A message for parents of LGBTQIA children
As a mother of three children, I know what it means to love your children wholeheartedly and to want what's best for them. As a lesbian, I also understand what it means to feel incredibly vulnerable in coming out with your truth. I bring both perspectives from my experience into my work with parents of LGBTQIA children.
When a child comes out with their truth, even with full acceptance of your child's sexual or gender identity, you have your own process, your own fears, and your own concerns to both honor and heal. We honor that process and are here to support you through it. If you are brave enough to acknowledge your truest feelings and fears and take steps to heal them (we can help you with that, too), your relationship with your LGBTQIA child will thrive.
